The "B.A.D. Founders Pass" is an exclusive animated NFT Pass for the Baby Alien Division Universe, with only a total of 550 that will be produced. Once again, the ingenuity of the passes were digitally created by the one and only Dan Hawtchkiss and brought to life by Matthew Paquet. Out of the 550, 500 will be mintable In-Public at 2500 CRO while 50 will be set aside for the team, item shop and giveaways.

Royalty Pool Explained
The Royalty Pool will be created post mint of subsequent collections and not be exclusive only to the Cronos Chain. This means any subsequent collection(s) on either Ethereum, Cronos or if someday we do something on Solana or any other chain will be subject to the 10% collection and division among the Founder's Passes.
Thus, Holders of the Founders pass will split 10% of Mint Revenue that comes from subsequent NFT Collections among the 550 Founders Passes.
Example :
Collection (A) sells for 1,000,000 CRO.
1,000,000 CRO * 0.10 (10%) = 100,000 CRO
100,000 CRO / 550 Founders Pass = Approx. 181.81 CRO per Founders Pass.

Why did the Founders decide to create a "Founder's Pass"?
The creation of the Founders pass was an answer to an important community question and call to the Cronos NFT Community to innovate in the space. There have been questions in the past and groups of investors who brought up the question... "How much do I have to keep spending to essentially gain a form of solid lasting value"? In the past we've said "For the Community, By the Community" but I would add.. there's more to this... Give Back and Share with the Community. Without further delay this is our response. A premiere founder's pass that will give exclusive future ownership to part of the revenue from NFT collections and access to future NFTs in the form of free mints and airdrops.
